Anger Management

This course consists of 4 video lessons. Watch one video lesson each week until you complete the program (each video lesson is about 4-8 minutes in length). Each week you will learn strategies to practice during the week, before moving on to the next lesson. You will also receive a bonus video which will walk you through an effective strategy for anger management called Progressive Muscle Relaxation.

In this course you will learn:

  • where your anger comes from
  • the primary emotions that underlie your anger
  • what triggers your anger
  • how to cope with anger in a way that is healthier for you and those around you
  • how to express your anger to others so that you are heard
  • when to walk away from a triggering situation
  • how to let go of angry feelings and move forward
  • specific strategies to use to manage your anger, such as progressive muscle relaxation.
