For more than 15 years, I have helped individuals and groups achieve their goals and live their lives to the fullest. In 2014 I launched PsychSavvy which was primarily a database of video courses based on common psychological issues I saw in my clinical practice.
2020 was a crazy year and quite difficult for many people. As a result, I was getting a lot of requests for various types of information and strategies which led me to greatly expand PsychSavvy's offerings and, in 2021, launch a more comprehensive Membership Program. In addition to video courses, PsychSavvy now has meditations, articles, webinars, and so much more! Visit the Membership page to learn more.

A Message From PsychSavvy:
PsychSavvy is an online platform for personal development. Given the nature of the internet, the contents of this site can be far-reaching. While self-improvement literature and courses are known to be effective in helping people change, the courses and other content on this site are not intended to replace receiving personalized help from a licensed professional. This site contains general concepts, and is not meant to address an individual's specific needs. In general, this site is for people who are experiencing mild to moderate problems. Please see our Terms and Privacy policies for more information.
If you are experiencing severe issues, and certainly if you are a danger to yourself or others, there is help for you too! Please contact a licensed professional in your area immediately. The suicide hotline is also available 24/7 at 1-800-273-8255. While personal development platforms such as PsychSavvy can provide effective help, a face-to-face conversation with a professional is the best first step for some people.
Thank you.
